Well, that’s the first time I’ve come across such a topic, so I’m not sure where this will lead, but I hope it’s not another thread about how the colors of my artwork are “wrong.” There’s a very real sense of “wrong” in the colors in my artwork and I’m not sure what that means. My art style is a combination of a lot of different styles, but I’m also very particular about the colors in my art.

Well, I have been in the know for a while now about the way the colors of my art are wrong, and I think its a good thing. Its not the case that every color in my art is wrong, but the colors that I picked for a particular piece of art are usually of a certain shade or a certain hue.
I don’t know what you mean by ‘wrong,’ but it is a good thing that you are aware about the colors in your art. If you don’t know the colors that are wrong for your piece of art, I don’t know what the hell would make you think your art is any good.
I think you are wrong when you say, “Thats a really nice purple color in your painting.” The fact is that my purple is not a good purple. Purple is a color that is too intense, you might say. It is not a good color for art, but its a color that you can use to your advantage.
